Email keyboard shortcuts (groupwise)?
New Message = Ctrl+N
Reply to Sender = Ctrl+R
Reply to All = Ctrl+Shift+R
Forward = Ctrl+F
In Outlook Express if you click on Message on the Tool Bar you will see them listed.
