I want the account to be listed in the mail options instead of having to enter in the address every time. Do I use IMAP, POP or Exchange? Also, do I enter in the same address for incoming and outgoing mail server?

Your admin can turn on pop or imap, and you may have to use a VPN to get into your company from the outside!
